Velocito.ai provides an AI-powered vehicle diagnostic assistance tool for automotive professionals. The service analyses fault codes, symptoms, and vehicle data to generate diagnostic reports with ranked probable causes and recommended next steps.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Velocito.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

3. Account access

Access to Velocito.ai is by invitation only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not share your login credentials with others. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Intellectual property

All content, technology, algorithms, methodologies, and branding associated with Velocito.ai are the exclusive property of Velocito.ai and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the service beyond the limited right to use it as described herein.

6. Diagnostic reports

Diagnostic reports are generated using artificial intelligence and multiple data sources. They are intended as a professional aid and do not replace the judgement of a qualified mechanic. Velocito.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any diagnostic output. You are solely responsible for verifying diagnoses and making repair decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocito.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Usage limits and billing

Your account is subject to daily diagnosis limits as specified in your plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing, limits, or plan features with reasonable notice. Exceeding your allocated usage may result in temporary restriction of access until the next billing period.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We are not liable for any loss resulting from termination of access.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
